We deliver worldwide via UPS and FEDEX.
Delivery time ranges from 3-4 working days for Europe and 6-7 working days for the rest of the world.
We rolled backdrops at cardboard tubes, plastic wrap, and hard plastic tubes for protection.
Due to the nature of our products being made to order we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges of any product. However, replacements will be sent in the event that a backdrop arrives damaged, but only if it is unopened and photographic evidence is presented. Where possible the damage also needs to be flagged with the courier.
Roll it out, clamp it with 3 or 4 clamps to any crossbar.
